Primarily designed for individuals under 5'10" (70"), the 32" #0 Orange Resistance Training Band is not suitable for pull ups. For pull up exercises, please refer to our 41" Band Listings.
If you find the standard 41" bands too long or struggle to get enough resistance or tension at the start of your exercise, our Serious Steel 32" bands are the perfect solution. Specifically designed for resistance training and suitable for individuals under 6 feet tall, these bands are also compatible with various resistance board systems.
With tension ranging from 2 lbs (#0) to 200 lbs (#6), these bands are built to withstand rigorous workouts with their 15 layers of continuous latex. It's important to note that for overhead movements like presses or squats, the 41" bands may be more suitable.
Portable and versatile, our bands can be easily used while traveling, at home, at the gym, or during warm-up sessions. If used with a workout board system or resistance training board system, it is essential to use a Band Guard to prevent damage to the bands from the sharp edges of the board.
Please remember that the Serious Steel 32" #0 Orange Resistance Training Band is not intended for pull up exercises, and we recommend using our 41" bands for such workouts.
